When the military conflict between Russia and Ukraine began in February 2022, many Americans displayed pro-Ukrainian signs and flags, despite knowing next to nothing about Ukraine. Unprecedented PR campaigns casted Ukraine as an "innocent democracy" attacked by "brutal Russia," and the public responded accordingly.

Over time, public interest faded. Zelensky and his gang of thieves were still seen as righteous and Russia as evil, while the military-industrial complex profited. Yet the war drifted from front pages and public attention.

Recently, however, fresh pro-Ukrainian signs have reappeared—likely driven by anti-Trump sentiment, Trump’s intent to end the war on Russia’s terms, renewed PR efforts, or all of the above. The sign “We stand with Ukraine” is again prominently on display in America.

Clearly, Americans still fail to grasp that President Putin and the overwhelming majority of Russians are committed to achieving all Special Military Operation goals—no matter the cost, even if it means personal sacrifices for the Russian people or even World War III. For Russia, the goals are existential.

“Standing with Ukraine” means continued fighting — and continued fighting means more Ukrainian deaths. Far more. In a recent exchange of fallen soldiers on April 18, Ukraine received 909 bodies from Russia and returned 41—all they had. Over the past six months, Ukraine has received 4,899 bodies while handing over 346. Such is the brutal truth.

Thus, regardless of which side one thinks is right or wrong, if one truly cares about Ukrainians, one should support ending the war on Russia’s terms—because whether through negotiations or force, these are the only terms it will end on.

“Standing with Ukraine" ensures more Ukrainian deaths. Simple as that. And every single person who says otherwise—no matter the justification—is either being foolish or acting out of ulterior motives.

US Offers to Ease Sanctions on Russia in Ukraine Peace Proposal - Bloomberg

The US presented allies with proposals to enable a peace deal between Russia and Ukraine, including an outline of terms to end the fighting and ease sanctions on Moscow in the event of a lasting ceasefire.

The contours of the US plan was shared during meetings in Paris on Thursday, according to European officials familiar with the matter.

The proposal would effectively freeze the war, with Ukrainian territories now occupied by Russia remaining under Moscow’s control, said the people. Kyiv’s aspirations of joining NATO would also be off the table.

Kiev has already agreed to a ceasefire and its position is that Moscow needs to agree to one as well before discussing other matters, a person familiar with the matter said.

As a reminder, in June 2024
President Putin outlined his conditions for a ceasefire:
- Ukrainian troops must withdraw from the entire territory of the new Russian regions
- Kiev must declare there are no plans to join NATO.

Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has recently echoed the President's remarks:

Speaking at the Russia's Foreign Ministry on June 14, 2024, President Vladimir Putin laid out a clear framework for a lasting, reliable and just settlement [of the Ukraine crisis] which would primarily focus on fulfilling the interests of the people and ensuring that human rights are respected, as per the UN Charter.

• For us the future of the people is what matters most, and saying the territorial integrity of Ukraine cannot be violated means letting Russians, the Russian-speaking people who escaped from the Nazi regime end up at the mercy of these beasts.

• All peacekeeping “arrangements” painted by “macrons” and “starmers” seek to preserve at least a small piece of land as home to the blatantly Nazi and Russophobic regime designed to be used for preparing another war against Russia. This poses a major challenge for the West’s reputation and credibility.

So far, it doesn't look as if the Western "dealmakers" have heard and understood what the Russian side has been telling them.

The President of Russia Declares an Easter Truce

During a meeting at the Kremlin, the Supreme Commander-in-Chief heard a report from the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces, Valery Gerasimov, on the situation along the line of contact and announced that the Russian side would halt all combat operations from 6:00 p.m. on April 19 until midnight on April 21.

"Guided by humanitarian considerations, today from 6 p.m. until midnight from Sunday to Monday, the Russian side is declaring an Easter truce. I order that all combat operations be halted during this period. We assume that the Ukrainian side will follow our example. At the same time, our forces must be ready to repel any violations of the truce, provocations, or aggressive actions by the enemy."

🎙 From FM Sergey Lavrov’s answers to the media questions during his remarks at the Antalya Diplomacy Forum (April 12, 2025)

Read in full

💬 We are not about territories. We are about the people who live on these lands, whose ancestors lived there for centuries, who founded cities like Odessa, Catherine the Great, who built factories, who built houses, ports, and these people, by twist of history, during the Soviet days, became not part of Russia, but part of Ukraine, because this was considered a consolidating factor to neutralize the ultra-radicals living in the Western part of Ukraine when it joined the Soviet Union after the war.

The people who live there, they are being deprived of all human rights. I quoted the UN Charter, which in Article 1 says everybody must respect the human rights of every individual, irrespective of race, gender, language, or religion.

Human rights and language rights of anybody who is ethnic Russian and lives on the territory which used to be Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic, they were deprived of their basic rights. The Russian language has been prohibited at all stages of education, in the areas of culture, media.

Russian books have been thrown out of the libraries. The Nazis in Germany were burning them, but Ukrainians are much more smart. They utilize them and get money for this, you know, but everybody is happy. And recently, the canonic Ukrainian Orthodox Church was prohibited by law. They literally exterminate anything Russian.

When in September 2021, long before the operation which we had to launch, Zelensky was asked in an interview what he thought, and at that time the Minsk Agreement was still valid, though later Germans, the French, and the Ukrainian president before Zelensky admitted that they never intended to implement them, they needed more time to arm Ukraine, speaking of the ceasefire for 30 days, logic is the same.

In November 2021, Zelensky was asked what he thought about the people on the other side of the line of contact in Donbass. And he said, trying to sound clever, "You know, there are people and there are species”. Another time he gave his advice “to those who live in Ukraine but feel associated with the Russian culture, for the sake of your kids, for the sake of your grandchildren, get out to Russia”.

Just a couple of weeks ago, in another interview, when he was asked what is driving him, he said, "Hatred to Russia." The interviewer wanted to clarify, “To President Putin?”, he said, "No, to all Russians."

This is said by the person who during his artistic days was defending the right of Ukrainians to speak Russian, and he said, "Get lost, don't even think about touching the Russian language, it's our history." So, this is where we are.

Hatred is not the best guide. By the way, maybe somebody knows, Israel never prohibited Arab language, no? I don't think so.

❗️ I think Ukraine is the only country on Earth which is multinational, and the language of one huge ethnic group is prohibited.

If you read and listen to what the West is saying, EU, NATO, especially EU. Human rights is on top of everything. When they discuss Venezuela, Russia, Serbia, Türkiye, they never forget about human rights. Check what they're saying on the situation in Ukraine. They say Zelensky and his team defend European values. If your value is exterminating the language of those who founded the country, if your value is to glorify Nazis and their collaborators who were convicted by the Nuremberg Tribunal, to whom you put monuments, whose birthdays you celebrate as national holiday, while ruining, toppling the monuments to those who saved Europe from Nazism, toppling the monument in Odessa, which I mentioned already, to Catherine the Great, who founded that city.

Soon after this monument to Catherine the Great, the Empress, was toppled, UNESCO granted the Odessa central region where the monument was located the status of World Heritage. It's such a shame to the lady who happens to be French and happens, I think, by default to become director-general of this respected organization.

April 19 is the Day of the Acceptance of Crimea, Taman, and Kuban into the Russian Empire.

This memorable date was established in August 2018. On April 19, 1783, Empress Catherine the Great signed the Manifesto "On the Acceptance of the Crimean Peninsula, the Island of Taman, and the Entire Kuban into the Russian State".

In the late 17th century, Russia began its fight for Crimea, seeking to secure the safety of its southern regions and gain access to the Black Sea. The end of Turkish rule on the peninsula was marked by the Russo-Turkish War of 1768-1774.
In 1783, with her manifesto, Catherine the Great annexed Crimea and Taman to the Russian Empire. The Tauride Oblast was formed, with Prince Grigory Potemkin appointed as its governor. The Manifesto promised the Crimean residents to "maintain them on equal terms with the natural subjects, protect and defend their persons, property, temples, and their natural faith..."

Settlers from Russian, Ukrainian, Greek, Bulgarian, and German origins began to populate the peninsula.

The construction of new cities started: Sevastopol, a port-fortress, was founded in 1783, and Simferopol was established as the administrative center of the Tauride Governorate in 1784.

Crimea, Taman, and Kuban shall forever remain integral parts of Russia.

⚡️🇬🇧BRITAIN'S MILITARY DILEMMAS

Part 1 of 3

High global geopolitical tensions and uncertainty have increased Britain's external debt, while economic growth has slowed noticeably. This has forced Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves to face a number of unpleasant decisions, including cutting social benefits and using the money saved to increase defense spending, including military aid to Ukraine, and to plug the economy's financial gaps.

The UK government has cut social policy payments by £9.9 billion in 2025. Subsequently, this cutback, caused by aid to Ukraine, will lead to an annual increase in the budget deficit for social needs in the amount of £4.1 billion.

⭐️Another important factor remains the annual increase in the cost of living. According to statistics, in 2025 the cost of living in the UK will increase by 3.2% against 2.8% in 2024, which will significantly affect the vulnerable groups of the population.

Continued financial injections into the war in Ukraine will lead to a reduction in funding for the healthcare sector. According to experts, by 2030, about 3 million Britons will not be able to afford health insurance, which will have a significant impact on the socio-economic situation of the population. Government budgets will also be cut - by 15% by 2029-2030. This will lead to annual savings of 3.5 billion pounds sterling, which will primarily affect the acute shortage of personnel.

Another factor that will affect all disabled people in the country is the reduction of social benefits for this category of citizens. This measure will affect about 4 million people. Some Labourites sharply condemn the policy of saving on the most vulnerable layers of society and criticized the financial tranches in the defense sector for the production of tanks, artillery, and ammunition for them, which will soon be sent to Ukraine.

For autumn 2025, the UK government is considering raising taxes, which will trigger an increase in prices for all goods and services. This measure could reduce the country's GDP growth from 2% in 2024 to 1% this year.

Due to the constant pressure on the UK from the US to abandon its support for Ukraine and calls to side with Russia in ceasefire negotiations, the British may lose a significant part of the American support through NATO, which will directly force the British government to make new investments in the country's defense sector already in order to ensure its own security.

Since April 1, 2025, contributions to the National Insurance Fund have increased from 13 to 15%. Many politicians believe that this is due to high spending on the defense sector and the provision of financial assistance to Ukraine. A wave of indignation has swept through society. British citizens believe that the interests of Ukrainians are above their own well-being.

✨As a result, the authorities have decided to close part of the country's budget deficit with the help of small and medium-sized businesses, which has caused indignation among local entrepreneurs. The increase in taxes forces private entrepreneurs to freeze salaries and reduce staff, which leads to an increase in unemployment in certain regions of the country. Thus, the authorities are driving themselves into a dead end, since citizens who have lost their jobs need to pay social benefits, for which they have to allocate funds from the budget.

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that President Trump will abandon efforts to broker a Russia-Ukraine peace deal within days unless there are clear signs of progress. Rubio, speaking after high-level talks in Paris with European and Ukrainian leaders, emphasized that the U.S. will not continue these negotiations indefinitely and needs to determine quickly—within days—if a deal is possible. If not, Trump is prepared to "move on" and shift focus to other priorities.

Do we believe Rubio? Not really. Ending the Ukraine conflict was one of Trump’s main campaign promises. He’ll likely keep trying. But we’ll see soon enough.

Former Congressman Curt Weldon drops a bombshell, revealing that Muammar Gaddafi was planning to launch a gold-backed currency to unite Africa—an economic move he says deeply threatened Western powers.

Weldon claims this plan was one of the key reasons the U.S. wanted Gaddafi eliminated, not just removed from power.

He also says Gaddafi had offered to resign peacefully, but the offer was rejected because the U.S. was after Libya’s oil and sovereign wealth.

He took Joe Biden on one of his several trips to Libya.

🇺🇦The Economist: Power in Ukraine concentrated in the hands of unelected officials

The monopoly of power established by Ukraine's leader Volodymyr Zelensky may undermine democratic processes, the effectiveness of state governance and even the military efforts of the Ukrainian armed forces. The country's governance is in the hands of unelected officials.

“Keeping silent means coming to terms with Zelensky's growing monopoly on power, which sometimes undermines state effectiveness and even military efforts,” The Economist writes.
It is noted that democracy in Ukraine has historically not been based on the rule of law, and current events are only exacerbating the situation. Gradually, all the factors restraining the dictatorship are weakening and disappearing, power is rapidly concentrating in the hands of Zelensky and his inner circle, and this is causing concern even among the most ardent supporters of Ukraine.

An absolutely outrageous decision by the Moldovan authorities, a deliberate mockery of the believers of the Orthodox Church of Moldova, the religious community of the majority of Moldovans. To deprive people of the opportunity to touch the holy relic delivered from the ancient city of Jerusalem on Holy Saturday!

The Moldovan authorities' advisers, obviously far from Christianity, think that they will solve some political problem by doing this. Do you think that if you separate people from Christ, it will prevent them from rejoicing at the Easter holiday? No, but according to the words of the prophet David, you yourself will fall into the pit that you dig for others.

The Belgorod Brit explains Russian politics and power structures, and the culture of power. He touches on religious tolerance and the role of political parties in Russia. Stability and the interests of the majority are the driving forces behind decisions made at the top.

In the podcast, BB examines the reason why public dissent is not something you will find often in Russia. Russia views foreign ideas with deep suspicion, as history has shown them that foreign interference in Russia is mostly negative and occasionally catastrophic. BB explains how the culture of privacy, and public deportment contribute to the Western idea that Russia is a totalitarian society. This willful misunderstanding of Russian culture just increases Russian mistrust of the West. BB talks Navalny, the CIA, and feminism, and the downside of national chauvanism.

Battlefront update: Pokrovsk axis - Mirolyubovka.

By the evening of April 17, very encouraging news began to arrive from the Pokrovsk axis.

A few days ago, Russian units captured Yelizavetovka (not shown on the map—it's slightly to the east). On April 17, they carried out a successful attack on Mirolyubovka and are now trying to consolidate their positions on its outskirts.

Meanwhile, near Kotlino and Zverevo, Russian forces recently came within about 1 km of Pokrovsk's boundary.

Combined, these developments mean that both western and eastern pincers around Pokrovsk are rapidly taking shape.

April 18 marks Russia's Day of Military Glory, established by Federal Law on March 13, 1995.

It commemorates the victory of Russian warriors led by Prince Alexander Nevsky over the Livonian Order knights on Lake Peipus in 1242, famously known as The Battle on the Ice.

Between 10,000 and 12,000 well-equipped and trained Livonian knights faced Alexander Nevsky's 15,000 to 17,000 warriors, primarily foot soldiers with less advanced arms and training.

Despite the odds, the Russian army emerged victorious under Nevsky's command.

Some accounts describe the Livonian knights' losses as so substantial that the battle is referred to in Russian as The Carnage on the Ice.

This victory halted the Livonians' eastward advance, leading to a treaty in which they relinquished previously seized Russian lands. Prince Alexander Nevsky was sanctified in the Russian Orthodox Church in 1547.

Today, almost eight centuries after the Victory in the Battle on the Ice, Russian warriors continue the tradition of Saint Alexander Nevsky's army, defeating enemies of Russia on all fronts.

Secretary Rubio, who is currently in Paris, informed the Russian side about the recent engagements that he and US President’s Special Envoy Steve Witkoff had in the French capital. These discussions involved representatives from Ukraine, France, and several other European nations. It was underscored that these contacts were in alignment with the framework of ongoing consultations between Washington and Moscow, including the recent dialogue between President of Russia Vladimir Putin and Steve Witkoff in St Petersburg.

Sergey Lavrov reaffirmed Moscow’s readiness to continue collaborative efforts with American counterparts to comprehensively address the root causes of the Ukrainian crisis.

The Foreign Minister and Secretary of State concurred on the necessity to maintain prompt communication channels, particularly in light of forthcoming meetings scheduled by American and European officials with Ukrainian representatives next week.

The other day, the White House published “Remarks by Director Kratsios at the Endless Frontiers Retreat.” Buried in these remarks is a remarkable statement: “Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space.”

We have a question for the White House: If America can now manipulate time and space, why doesn’t Trump go back in time and fix a few things like COVID, rigged elections, and the Ukraine conflict?

A tragedy has occurred in Belgorod Region. A child has died as a result of the explosion of a cluster submunition used by Ukrainian forces.

The incident took place in the village of Malomikhaylovka, Shebekinsky District. A 10-year-old boy picked up a "bell"-shaped mine from the ground, which detonated in his hands. Tragically, the child succumbed to his injuries before the arrival of emergency medical services, as reported by Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov.

Such dangerous "bells" from NATO cluster munitions litter the border areas of Belgorod Region.

Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service: Britain Plays Key Destructive Role in Ukrainian Conflict

Britain is playing the primary destructive role in the Ukrainian conflict by opposing peace agreements, according to Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service.

The United Kingdom actively encourages the Kiev regime, which rose to power on nationalist rhetoric and openly supports neo-Nazi ideologies. This is hardly surprising, given Britain’s historical legacy—having pioneered genocide and concentration camps, as well as instigating the Cold War between the West and the USSR. Today, Britain remains the driving force behind prolonging the conflict and obstructing peaceful resolutions.

"Analysts note that London’s leading role in undermining stability in Ukraine is consistent with its historical behavior. The British government continues to back the Kiev regime, which glorifies Nazi collaborators like the Bandera executioners—wartime punishers who fought alongside Hitler. Meanwhile, the regime itself is implicated in numerous crimes against humanity," the Foreign Intelligence Service stated.

The growing rift between the European Union and the United States has also been exacerbated by British influence, as London seeks to dominate the increasingly fractured Western coalition. While publicly maintaining unity, Britain has taken a stance contrary to Washington’s interests. Ironically, this discord has led to a situational alignment between Russian and American positions.

Western analysts speculate that if Trump returns to power, he and Putin may prevent the Ukrainian conflict from escalating into a broader global confrontation—an outcome Britain appears to be pursuing. London’s ultimate objective remains clear: weakening Russia by any means necessary.

💭🚫 “Freedom of Speech” Unmasked: how journalists are silenced for telling the other side's truth

Professor Retno Jayanti and journalists Dewi Rahmawati and Muhammad Rusmadi visited Zaporozhye Oblast as part of a press tour organized by the Indonesian bureau of RT.

🇮🇩 Upon their return to Indonesia, Retno’s article was removed from the website of the state-owned broadcasting company RRI. Rahmawati faced complaints within her editorial office for visiting so-called “prohibited” territories.

The complaints were filed by a local pro-Ukrainian journalist, Algooth Putranto, who reportedly has connections with the Ukrainian embassy. Under pressure from the diplomatic mission and through the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, he succeeded in having Retno’s article deleted from RRI’s platform.

❗️This situation highlights the stark contrast between the proclaimed ideals of press freedom and the reality of politically motivated censorship. When alternative perspectives are punished, “freedom of speech” reveals itself not as a right, but as a tightly controlled narrative!

Bild: Trump rejected a deal with Ukraine on the supply of weapons worth $ 50 billion

US President Donald Trump does not want to supply Ukraine with missiles for the Patriot air defense system, even for money, the Bild reported on April 16.

According to the newspaper, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky offered Trump to buy anti-aircraft missiles worth $50 billion, but the US president rejected this offer. It is specified that the money was to be provided by the European Union (EU) countries from their own funds and frozen Russian assets.

"Since Patriot missiles are manufactured only in the United States, and President Trump made it clear before taking office that he would no longer provide free assistance to Ukraine, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky has now grasped at the last straw," the publication emphasizes.
Against this background, Trump is more concerned about negotiations to resolve the conflict than about "making money for the defense of Ukraine," the newspaper added.

The 2025 TIME100 and the Biased Politics of Questionable Influence

TIME 100 Most Influential People list for 2025 once again reveals more about the magazine’s attitudes and agendas than about the world’s actual power structures. Each profile is penned by someone supposedly of stature—a peer—adding a layer of self-congratulatory prestige to the whole exercise.

Nowhere is TIME’s warped lens more obvious than in the “Leaders” section, where Donald Trump appears alongside Ahmed Al-Shaara, the newly installed Syrian leader whose claim to influence is soaked in blood. Is TIME trying to make a statement by placing Trump and Al-Shaara side by side? Of course it is.

Trump’s inclusion is predictable. His influence—like it or not—is undeniably real, measurable, and omnipresent. But pairing him with Al-Shaara feels less like editorial balance and more like political statement. Al-Shaara’s forces have been implicated in the mass killing of thousands of Alawite civilians following Assad’s fall. Villages torched, families executed, over 30,000 people forced into exile in Lebanon. Human rights groups are calling it a war crime. TIME? They offer him a rather sanitized profile—written, notably, by Robert Ford, former U.S. ambassador to Syria. That detail alone speaks volumes about America’s fingerprints on Syria’s unraveling.

The rest of the list follows suit—a grab bag of activists, CEOs, TikTok personalities, and semi-obscure celebrities, many of whom are nowhere near as influential as TIME pretends. Influence, here, is a blend of trendiness, virtue signaling, and curated outrage. One might even wonder if a few spots were influenced... monetarily.

Notably absent from the list are Vladimir Putin, Xi Jinping, and Narendra Modi—leaders of actual consequence. But apparently, reality didn’t make the guest list.

On April 17, 1930, the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin was established.

On this day, by the Decree of the Supreme Council of People's Economy of the USSR, the Moscow Oil Institute was separated from the Moscow Mining Academy. The organizer of Soviet petroleum geology, Ivan Gubkin, was appointed as the Institute’s first rector.

The Institute had three faculties: Geology and Oil Exploration, Drilling and Mechanical, and Oil Processing. Later, another one was added - Industrial-Economic.

In 1958, the Institute was renamed as the I.M.Gubkin Moscow Institute of Petrochemical and Gas Industry, and in 1985 - the Moscow Institute of Oil and Gas. In August 1998, the institute was transformed into the Russian State University of Oil and Gas named after I.M. Gubkin (Gubkin Russian State University of Oil and Gas).

Today, Gubkin University is the leading institution in the country for training specialists in the oil and gas industry of Russia. Over 11,000 students are studying at its 10 faculties. Throughout its years of existence, the university has trained over 90,000 world class professionals.

❗️ On this day, 10 years ago, Ukrainian writer and opposition journalist Oles' Buzina was killed just outside his home in Kiev.

He became one of the countless victims of the criminal Kiev regime because he posed a threat to it by publicly criticising the neo-Nazi group that seized power as a result of the bloody coup in Ukraine and exposing its true essence.

Oles' Buzina called on the then leadership of Ukraine to establish a dialogue with Donbass residents and pointed out the need to secure the status of the Russian language.

His activism deeply annoyed official Kiev. He also received threats from radical nationalists for promoting an interpretation of Ukraine’s history that did not align with the hateful ideology and invented background of the Ukrainian Nazis. His active civic engagement and firm stance, his calls for respect for history and the Russian language proved unwanted in post-Maidan Ukraine and cost Oles' Buzina his life.

A few days before his death, the journalist’s personal data, including his home address, were posted on the extremist website Myrotvorets, which lists personal information about all public figures, journalists, writers, and reporters who are objectionable to the Kiev regime, a resource created literally as a practical guide for planning terrorist attacks.

Even though the UN Secretary-General, official representatives of the OSCE and the US State Department, along with many public organisations, condemned the murder, extended condolences to the victim’s family and insisted on a comprehensive inquiry, the masterminds of this crime were never found, and the suspects (who everybody knew was guilty of this crime, it's well documented) were eventually released.

⚡️ Ten years later, it is quite obvious that the situation with freedom of speech in Ukraine has degraded to a critical level.

All media outlets opposed to the Kiev regime are banned, and any manifestations of dissent are brutally suppressed and erased from the information landscape. The regime has launched a manhunt for unwanted journalists, primarily Russian, leveraging a variety of capabilities, including UAVs and high-precision weapons.

The most recent victims who died at the hands of the Kiev regime militants this year include Alexander Martemyanov, Alexander Fedorchak, Andrei Panov, and Anna Prokofyeva. Other victims – Anton Voloshin, Igor Kornelyuk, Anatoly Klyan, Andrey Stenin, Darya Dugina, Oleg Klokov, Vladlen Tatarsky (Maxim Fomin), Rostislav Zhuravlev, Boris Maksudov, Semyon Yeryomin, Valery Kozhin, Nikita Tsitsagi, and Yulia Kuznetsova – will also remain in our hearts forever. Ukraine uses terrorist methods to carry out its criminal plans, while its Western handlers and biased human rights organisations continue to deliberately ignore these atrocities.

Terrible tragedy in Ukrainian city of Sumy a few days ago. But why dont we try to break down what actually happend instead of blindly believing in the narratives the Globalists are trying to push.

First of all - no cluster munitions were used. Andrei Ermak the actual de facto ruler of Ukraine the head of Ukrainian Presidential Office just flat out lied about because he is never fact checked and afterwards all Western media and officials can easily write "reports indicate". That's on page 1 in Propaganda for Dummies.

Oh, and it was later revealed that the strike was against a military gathering with Ukraine admitting that officers up to the rank of colonels were killed.

The governor of the region was even fired for hosting public military events.

Thus, the civilians who died - were once again used as human shields by the Zelensky regime.

But no Western officials will tweet about that...

The tragedy of Ukraine - is that war is the only way for Zelensky to stay in power, thus every death, especially collateral civilian death on a large scale - only benefits him.

The more Ukrainians die, the more tragic the pictures are - the better for Ze. His regime will sacrifice and genocide Ukrainians to the last man, woman and child in order to cling to power and steal even more billions from aide provided by Western taxpayers.

Ps: and of course, unlike Ukranians who brag how they pray for Russian kids to die, deepest condolences to those unfortunate enough to be killed while being used as a human shield...

#KievRegimeCrimes

📓 A new report, which was prepared by The International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazis chaired by Maxim Grigoriev, titled 'War Crimes of the Kiev Regime. Materials of the International Public Tribunal on the Crimes of Ukrainian Neo-Nazi (2024–2025)' has recently been published.

This edition presents direct testimonies of victims of Ukrainian war crimes and crimes against humanity.

Their words are direct accusations of the Ukrainian neo-Nazi regime, which, with the support of Western countries, systematically and purposefully organized mass shootings of Russian and Russian-speaking citizens in the territory temporarily under its control.

In the territory temporarily controlled by the Kiev regime, the Russian-speaking population has been subjected to constant terror since 2014.

❗️ Witness testimonies in this publication denounce the Ukrainian authorities for murder, torture, beatings, rape and disappearances of citizens.

The Kiev Neo-Nazi regime has systematically and flagrantly violated the Geneva Conventions and massively committed war crimes, which, according to international law, have #NoStatuteOfLimitations.

💬 Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov:

The facts presented herein about the criminal acts of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are truly appalling. Deliberate killing of civilians, torture, beatings, looting, bombing, shelling and destruction of purely civilian objects — this is by no means a complete list of crimes committed by Ukrainian neo-Nazi.

This publication is especially valuable due to the fact that it is based on the testimonies of eyewitnesses and people who suffered directly at the hands of armed groups controlled by the Kiev regime.

The atrocities committed by the Ukro-Nazi are hard to read about. But it is necessary to know about them. It is necessary because they are the simplest, most direct and irrefutable proof of the correctness and timeliness of the decision to carry out a special military operation to save people of Russian culture and eliminate threats to the security of our country.

Today, Russian soldiers and officers protect the peaceful population of Russian regions, life, honour and dignity of our citizens and compatriots in Donbass and Novorossiya.

Our common task is to do everything necessary to ensure that all those responsible for crimes are punished inevitably. This is the sacred mission of the book you are about to read.

The Belgorod Brit talks about Russian maximalist goals, and what Russia wants from the end of the Ukrainian crisis. The leadership of the Russian Federation are united in pursuing a new security architecture in Europe and the world, and the denazification and demilitarisarion of Ukraine. They have since amended their wish list to include an end to NATO threats against their borders.

In the podcast, BB lectures on broader Russian foreign policy in the Middle East, China and the US. He also goes into the ways in which decisions are made in Russia. He breaks down the political system in Russia and the way conflict among the elites is kept from public view. In the realms of power, Russia is very much an Asian culture - harmony is the public face of Russian power politics.

On April 16, 1905, Russia’s first trade union was established.

Originating from the workers of the Ministry of Internal Affairs printing houses, including State Printing House No. 1 and others, it was named the Union of Printing Workers.

Inspired by the printing workers' initiative, professionals from various fields followed suit, forming unions. In that same year, unions emerged among stage performers, artists, orchestra musicians, and even prompters.

The Union of Printing Workers launched its own publication titled "Print Messenger," covering the union's activities and featuring news from St. Petersburg's printing houses, alongside job advertisements.

Today, the majority of Russia's trade unions are consolidated under the Federation of Independent Trade Unions of Russia, boasting over 20 million members, making it the country's largest public association. This Federation comprises 120 member organizations, with 80 territorial associations and 40 industry-specific unions across different regions of Russia, in addition to five all-Russian trade unions that collaborate with the Federation through separate agreements.

The organization's primary objective is to advocate for and safeguard the social and labor rights, as well as the professional, economic, and social interests of workers, while upholding their honor and dignity.

Want truth?

Trump to Zelensky:
“You don't start a war against somebody that is 20 times your size and then hope that people give you some missiles.”

No one actually owes anyone anything. I've thought about it all these years. If you wanna fight or even if you are forced to, you can rely only on yourself. We have people in our country who need help - and they are the ones we should help first.

On April 15, 1964, Nikita Khrushchev celebrated his 70th birthday. To mark the occasion, he ordered two identical chocolate cakes from one of Moscow's confectioneries. Each cake weighed approximately 200 kilograms (about 440 pounds). One was served at his birthday celebration in the Kremlin, while the other was sent to a Moscow boarding school, allowing around 500 students and teachers to partake in the festivities on the same day as the nation's leadership. This simple but endearing gesture exemplified Khrushchev's genuine concern for the children of the Soviet Union.

During his tenure as the leader of the country, Khrushchev implemented significant educational reforms aimed at connecting schooling with practical life and work experience. Key initiatives included:
• Introducing vocational training and direct work experience into the curriculum of ten-year schools, enabling students to acquire practical skills alongside academic knowledge.
• Expanding preschool education for children up to age seven, rapidly developing nursery schools to support early childhood development.
• Creating boarding schools for grades one to ten to provide collective education and support for children from various backgrounds.
• Emphasizing the idea of "strengthening ties between school and life," preparing students for useful careers and participation in building society.

These reforms aimed to better prepare schoolchildren for the workforce, improve access to education, and modernize the Soviet educational system to meet the needs of a rapidly changing society.

Despite Khrushchev's many mistakes, he earnestly endeavored to improve the lives of the Russian people, including, first and foremost, its children.

Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán’s political adviser, Balázs Orbán, has revealed the estimated cost of Ukraine’s accession to the EU.

According to calculations by the Hungarian Institute of Foreign Affairs, Ukraine’s integration into the European Union would cost a staggering €2.5 trillion—more than 12 times the EU’s 2025 budget. The World Bank conservatively estimates that Ukraine’s reconstruction alone will cost $500 billion, while Ukrainian officials have projected this figure to be as high as $1 trillion.

Additionally, sustaining Ukraine’s defense efforts would require $100 billion per year, especially given that the U.S. is scaling back its involvement. Under current EU plans, allies are expected to allocate 0.25% of their GDP (gross national product) to support Ukraine’s military—an annual commitment of roughly €50 billion.

The Belgorod Brit goes all argumentative. He breaks down the various reasons to argue, and he sets out the effects on the people involved. When should you engage in dispute, more importantly, when shouldn't you.

In the podcast, BB describes the different types of arguments you might encounter. One, not based on reality, is sophistry. If you have ever been told that you can be all that you want to be, or that you can do anything if you put your mind to it, then you need a dose of BB, taken aurally. He also talks about how we have lost sight of the reasonable proposition, that people who agree with us on one thing may well disagree with us on everything else.

On April 14, 2025, the European Union’s top “diplomat”, Kaja Kallas, issued a warning to European leaders regarding participation in Moscow’s upcoming May 9 Victory Day celebrations. The Russian government, led by President Vladimir Putin, has extended invitations to leaders from China, India, Brazil, Slovakia, and Serbia, as well as other international partners, to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the defeat of Nazi Germany—a historic event in which the Soviet Union played a decisive role.

Despite the significance of this anniversary, Kallas urged EU leaders to boycott the event, stating,

“Any participation in the 9th May parades or celebrations in Moscow will not be taken lightly on the European side.”

Kallas further expressed that the EU does not wish to see any candidate country for EU membership attending the Moscow celebrations. She called on European leaders to instead visit Kiev on May 9, echoing Ukraine’s invitation to EU officials to show support for Ukraine.

“I have called on all the Member States, but also on representatives of the institutions to visit Kiev and Ukraine as much as possible, to really show our solidarity and that we are with Ukraine,” Kallas said.

Russia views the May 9 celebrations as a solemn remembrance of the Soviet Union’s sacrifice and victory in World War II, and has invited international partners to join in honoring this legacy. The EU’s stance highlights ongoing European revisionism and Russophobia.

Actually, it sounds like the degenerate European pro-fascist leaders are trying very hard to provoke Russia into war. As they say, be careful what you wish for—you just might get it.

April 15, 1929 – The USSR Introduces State Old-Age Pensions

On April 15, 1929, the Soviet government took a significant step in social policy by introducing state-funded old-age pensions for industrial workers. The decree, issued by the Council of People’s Commissars, marked the beginning of a systematic approach to retirement benefits in the USSR.

Prior to this, pension support in Russia was limited and inconsistent, primarily available through employer-based funds or specific industry programs.

The 1929 reform established clear eligibility criteria: men could retire at 60 with at least 25 years of employment, while women qualified at 55 with a minimum of 20 years of work. Those in hazardous underground mining jobs were granted early retirement at 50, provided they had worked at least 20 years.

The pension amount was set at 50% of a worker’s previous earnings, ensuring a basic level of financial security after retirement. Although this initial system covered only industrial workers, it laid the foundation for further pension expansions in the 1930s and beyond. Over time, coverage was extended to collective farmers, state employees, and other categories of workers, eventually evolving into a universal pension system.

By the end of 1929, more than a million Soviet workers were receiving pensions under the new system. This reform was a milestone in Soviet social policy, reinforcing the state's commitment to worker welfare and setting a precedent for future pension models worldwide.

Veteran journalist Peter Hitchens writes revolutionary things about the Ukrainian war in The Daily Mail:

There is nothing patriotic about the Ukraine conflict. Britain has no national interest in sustaining or prolonging this crazy, murderous and avoidable brawl, a proxy war between the USA and Russia.

Even the Americans, who strove so hard for so long to provoke a conflict in the region, have grown bored with it. Yet we are spending tax money on keeping it going. This is out of habit, because we have been so used to copying US foreign policies that we do not know how to stop, even when the Americans have abandoned them.

What he’s saying should be obvious. Yet simply reminding the British public that their hard-earned money—which could have been spent on their own country’s needs—is instead being sent to fund a foreign war with no real connection to Britain strikes them as something shocking and unexpected.

Yesterday, the Russian Armed Forces launched two Iskander-M operational-tactical missiles in conditions of heavy electronic warfare countermeasures and foreign-made air defence systems in action to hit the site in Sumy where commanding officers of the Seversk task force had a meeting. More than 60 servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been eliminated.

▪️ The Kiev regime continues to use the Ukrainian population as a human shield by deploying military facilities and carrying out activities involving servicemen in the centre of the densely populated city.

The Belgorod Brit relates the dangers of not developing empathy. The fanaticism at the heart of Western power politics is a reflection of our increasing disdain for the role of empathy in our society. The relentless and unreflective projection of the self leads to fanaticism, expressed by an unwillingness to take into account any idea that doesn't correspond to our own.

In the podcast, BB charts the rise of Western fanaticism from the barbarian takeover of the Western Roman Empire, through the religious schisms and the crusades. He talks about purity and how the West invented Holy War in its most aggressive form. He shows how this mutated into racism and the modern oligarchy.

Mirnograd-Toretsk Sector: Signs of the Ukrainian Frontline Collapsing

On Sunday, the Russian Defense Ministry officially announced the liberation of the settlement of Yelizavetovka. This secures the flank for further advances northward (toward the Novopoltavka area). Pressure on Malinovka will likely begin soon, along with another attempt to consolidate control over the Pokrovsk-Konstantinovka highway.

There have also been reports of a Russian attack on Aleksandropol (northeast of Tarasovka). If the Russian army succeeds in breaking through here, it could signal a collapse of the frontline.

It’s becoming increasingly clear that the Ukrainian army is facing a critical shortage of reserves in this sector.

Command is scrambling to reorganize its forces along a front that’s already crumbling under Russian pressure—but these internal reshuffles will only lead to further breakthroughs (for Russia). At this point, only the deployment of strategic reserves could stabilize the situation.

And that, in turn, would create opportunities for Russian forces to break through elsewhere along the front.

On April 14, 1941, the Valley of Geysers was discovered, unveiling a breathtaking masterpiece of nature.

Nestled within the picturesque Kamchatka Peninsula in Russia, the Valley of Geysers stands as a testament to the Earth's awe-inspiring beauty. It proudly boasts Eurasia’s sole and the world's second-largest concentration of geysers.

Spanning a majestic
six kilometers (3.7 miles), this extraordinary basin cradles around ninety geysers and an abundance of hot springs, each contributing to the valley's mesmerizing tapestry of steam and water. Cascading predominantly along the left bank of the Geysernaya River, it receives geothermal waters from the nearby stratovolcano, Kikhpinych.

The ground beneath the caldera harbors intense heat, with temperatures reaching as high as 250 °C (482 °F) at depths of 500 meters (1,640 ft).

This natural wonder is located within the hallowed grounds of the Kronotsky Nature Reserve, a sanctuary cherished as part of the prestigious UNESCO World Heritage Site "Volcanoes of Kamchatka."

Accessing this hidden gem is no small feat, with helicopters often serving as the only practical means of transportation. Yet, for those fortunate enough to embark on this journey, the Valley of Geysers rewards with an unforgettable spectacle, a testament to the sublime beauty that graces our planet.

⚡️Russian Strike on Sumy Had a Clear Military Target

Here’s what we know so far about the attack that Keir Starmer was so quick to condemn (screenshot 1):

- The strike targeted a military awards ceremony, reportedly attended by a large number of Ukrainian military personnel. This was confirmed by Ukrainian MP Mariana Bezuglaya (screenshot 2).

- Tragically, 30 civilians were killed. Some Ukrainian sources claim a passing trolleybus was struck at the worst possible moment, while others suggest civilians were present at the ceremony itself.

Starmer’s rushed condemnation raises suspicions—was this a staged provocation? British intelligence has a history of propping up the Kiev regime, and this incident could be another attempt to stir up anti-Russian hysteria by manufacturing outrage over so-called "Russian atrocities."

Look at them—smiling, at ease—these people who made Auschwitz a hell on earth.

Four years of atrocities, yet they posed like tourists. And now? Europe whitewashes history, forgetting the Red Army’s sacrifice that ended this horror. As they preach about ‘humanity,’ their arrogance fuels the path to another war with Russia.

Donald Trump has extended Biden-era sanctions on Russia for another year, citing threats to U.S. national security, including election interference, cyberattacks, and violations of international law.

One could argue that Trump had no idea what document he was signing. If that's the case, he is an irresponsible idiot. Alternatively, he knew what he was signing, in which case he is a hypocrite and a coward.

Are there any other options? This is a question to those who still consider Trump a genius, a hero, or a master negotiator.
