Roy, membro do #PLANB, é atualmente alvo de um grande escândalo envolvendo abuso físico do ex-membro do #SWEETCH e participante do #PROJECT7, Kang Wan-seok (também conhecido como Han).

Fundo

Na equipe #PLANB, cada membro tinha suas próprias responsabilidades: Khan era responsável por memorizar rotinas de dança, enquanto Roy ajudava a desenvolver habilidades de fala e memorizar roteiros para eventos. Como o grupo incluía vários participantes estrangeiros, a preparação para as apresentações incluía treinamento ativo na pronúncia correta de textos longos (de até 20 a 30 páginas).

Incidente no ensaio

No dia da preparação para o próximo evento, Hao e Hwi demonstraram pronúncia confiante de suas falas. Entretanto, Khan enfrentou dificuldades. Roy educadamente se ofereceu para ajudá-lo, pedindo que ele repetisse a frase para corrigir a pronúncia. Em resposta, Khan se recusou a cooperar, começou a zombar do sotaque tailandês de Roy e demonstrou desrespeito declarado.

A serious scandal has erupted around #PLANB member Roy, related to physical violence from former #SWEETCH member and #PROJECT7 contestant Kang Wan-seok (also known as Han).

Background

In #PLANB, each member had their own responsibilities: Han was responsible for memorizing dance routines, while Roy helped with developing speech skills and memorizing scripts for events. Since the group had several foreign members, preparation for performances included intensive training in the correct pronunciation of long texts (up to 20-30 pages).

Rehearsal Incident

On the day of preparation for the next event, Hao and Hwi demonstrated confident pronunciation of their lines. However, Han had difficulties. Roy politely offered to help him, asking him to repeat the phrase to correct the pronunciation. In response, Han refused to cooperate, mocked Roy's Thai accent, and showed blatant disrespect.

Roy, not wanting to escalate the conflict, decided to leave the rehearsal room. However, when he was about to reach the door, Han suddenly ran across the room and forcefully knocked Roy to the floor. At first, some of the band members took the incident as a joke, but when Han loudly accused Roy of "simulating" and "pretending", it became clear that the situation was serious.

The other members rushed to Roy, helped him up, and immediately called the manager. The manager took Roy to the hospital, where doctors diagnosed a risk of a bone fracture and recommended a complete cessation of physical activity.

Halloween Stage 2023

It was because of this injury that Roy was unable to participate in Halloween Stage 2023. Officially, Roy's absence was explained by an accident, but in reality, the cause was an attack from Han.

All of the band members witnessed the incident. The group's leader was unable to openly accuse Han, which deeply hurt Roy. Despite the trauma and mental pain, Roy decided to keep the incident under wraps to avoid negatively impacting the event and the agency's reputation.

Aftermath

It was later revealed that Han and Hwi had left the group and the agency on their own, cutting off all contact without official notice.

The agency has not yet made an official statement regarding the incident. However, there are growing calls among fans to support Roy and seek justice.

PLAN B is a five-member Thai boy group under H.LAND Entertainment. The original lineup consists of Hwi, Hao, Roy, James, and Han. They debuted with the single album "1 PERCENT" on August 18, 2023.

O cantor Park Hyo Shin mais uma vez se viu no centro de uma controvérsia, desta vez enfrentando um processo alegando fraude.

De acordo com uma reportagem do SPOTV News de 25 de abril, ex-representantes de sua agência anterior entraram com uma queixa contra ele, acusando-o de violar a Lei de Punição Aprimorada para Certos Crimes Econômicos (Fraude) e obstruir negócios.

Em 7 de abril, ex-executivos e acionistas da Glove Entertainment registraram uma queixa na Delegacia de Polícia de Yongsan, em Seul. O processo alega que a Glove Entertainment realizou duas emissões de ações pagas em maio de 2016 e agosto de 2018, nas quais Park Hyo Shin e outros acionistas receberam novas ações. Os demandantes alegam que Park Hyo Shin os enganou sobre sua propriedade das ações ao afirmar que havia um "acordo fiduciário" entre as partes, quando na verdade não havia nenhum. Eles alegam que o cantor alegou ter transferido as ações para terceiros apenas formalmente, quando na verdade elas pertenciam a ele, levando os demandantes a acreditarem erroneamente que ele tinha direitos legais sobre as ações.

Também é alegado que, em março de 2022, Park Hyo Shin exerceu o direito de voto dessas ações em uma assembleia geral de acionistas, nomeando três pessoas leais a ele para o conselho de administração e, assim, ganhando o controle da empresa. Singer Park Hyo Shin is once again at the center of controversy, this time facing a lawsuit alleging fraud.

According to a report from SPOTV News on April 25, former representatives of his previous agency filed a complaint against him, accusing him of violating the Act on Increased Punishment for Certain Economic Crimes (Fraud) and obstructing business.

On April 7, former Glove Entertainment executives and shareholders filed a complaint at the Yongsan Police Station in Seoul. The lawsuit alleges that Glove Entertainment held two paid stock offerings in May 2016 and August 2018, in which Park Hyo Shin and other shareholders received new shares. The plaintiffs allege that Park Hyo Shin misled them about his ownership of the shares, claiming that there was a “trust agreement” between the parties when in fact there was none. They claim that the singer claimed to have transferred the shares to others only formally when in fact they belonged to him, leading the plaintiffs to mistakenly believe that he had legal rights to the shares.

It is also alleged that in March 2022, Park Hyo Shin used the voting rights from those shares at a general meeting of shareholders to appoint three people loyal to him to the board of directors, thereby gaining control of the company. In August 2023, he allegedly used those same voting rights to remove the previous CEO, a certain A.

The plaintiffs call Park Hyo Shin’s actions “triangular fraud,” in which the deceived party and the injured party are not the same.

However, Park Hyo Shin's side denies all the allegations, stating in media interviews that he is currently only involved in a civil lawsuit and that no fraud lawsuit has been filed against him.

This is the fifth lawsuit that Park Hyo Shin has faced. In 2006, his former agency Nissy Entertainment sued him, claiming that he had illegally terminated an exclusive contract and demanded 1 billion won (approximately $750,000) in compensation. Park Hyo Shin countersued, and the case ended with the lawsuit being withdrawn. In 2008, he was again in court, this time with Nawon Entertainment (later Interstage), which demanded 3 billion won (approximately $2.25 million) for contract termination. Despite Park Hyo Shin's denial of the allegations, the court sided with the agency.

In May 2014, he was charged with attempting to evade the enforcement of a court order by allegedly concealing, damaging, or falsely transferring property. He was initially acquitted, but the Supreme Court upheld the conviction in 2016.

In addition, in 2019, a businessman filed a lawsuit against the singer, claiming that he fraudulently appropriated property worth over 400 million won (about $300,000), including a car and a wristwatch.

Despite all the legal difficulties, Park Hyo Shin is scheduled to perform in the 10th anniversary production of the musical "Ghost," which will premiere on May 31.

This marks Jin's 60th consecutive week at the top, dating back to the fifth week of February last year, proving his status as a powerful solo star. The artist has consistently topped various categories in the MY1PICK polls, demonstrating his immense fan loyalty.

In March, Jin also won first place on the "K-POP Monthly Solo Artist Ranking" with a total of 28,434,357 hearts, marking his 15th consecutive win on the ranking. He was also voted "Star Loved by All Generations" in the theme poll.

He previously won the "March K-POP Monthly Solo Chart" category on OnePick Chart and received an advertising award: his banner will be placed on the Mercedes-Benz Building digital billboard on Dosan Avenue in Seoul from April 24 to 28.

Aside from his musical achievements, Jin is also active in other projects. On April 8, the new reality show "Kian: The Wild Guest House" premiered on Netflix, where he, along with Kian84 and Ji Yeon, charmed viewers with his sincerity, charisma, and great sense of humor. Despite his global status, Jin has shown a simple and warm side, winning the hearts of viewers all over the world.

Thanks to his successful participation in the show, Jin took first place in the popularity rankings of non-drama TV-OTT contestants for the third week of April, published by Good Data Corporation (FUNdex).

The reality show ended on April 22, but fans are already actively demanding a sequel - a second season with their favorite contestants.

And finally, Jin is preparing a grand comeback: on May 16 at 13:00, he will release his second solo album "Echo", which promises to be a new bright stage in his solo career.
