💰 Are the candidates fully funded, meaning hotel, transportation and meals?

No, "funded" only covers the registration fee. You’ll need to arrange your own accommodation, transport, and meals.

👥 Can a new team member join? How do they register?

Yes! Your team will be registered as a whole during the team formation stage at the event.

➕ Can we have more than 5 members in a team?

No, each team must have exactly 5 members due to the limited number of prizes.

👤 One of my team members cannot attend one of the days. What happens in that case?

If ONE member is missing on Day 1, it's fine. However, on Day 2, all 5 members must be present.

🏨 How can I find a hotel in such a short time?

We've shared contacts for two hotels in the group. One of them offers a discounted rate for participants.

💡 I don’t have a startup idea. Can I still participate?

Yes! The hackathon is designed to bring people with different skills together. One person needs an idea, and the rest of the team will help develop it.

🗣 Is the event only in English?

🔴 Speakers will present in English.
🔴 The team leader must pitch in English.
🔴 For everything else, you can speak in any language you’re comfortable with.

🎖 What if a winning team member misses the award ceremony?

Prizes will be divided among the present members. For example, if only 4 out of 5 winners are there, only 4 prizes will be distributed.
