• Soak 1 cup of almonds overnight.
• Drain them and discard the water.
• Blend the almonds with:
• 3 cups of filtered water, pinch of salt, pinch of sugar
• 1 tablespoon of neutral oil.
• Blend for 30 seconds.
• Pour into a colander and voila...
• A jar of almond milk that will last in the fridge for a week.

This is so easy peasy that it’s a shame to buy it at the store because if you make it, you know exactly what’s in it! We definitely recommend using raw organic almonds.
