Cultivating good art tastes starts at childhood. 🎈

Ингредиенты:
- 1 п. дрожжей
- 2 шт. яиц
- 3,5 ст. сахара
- 2 кг муки
- 50 мл растительного масла
Рецепт:
В первой миске смешать 1п. дрожжей с 1 стаканом сахара, затем влить 1,5 стакана кипятка и 1,5 стакана теплой воды.
Хорошо перемешать венчиком и дать постоять минут 5 - 10.

Во второй миске смешать 2 яйца, 2,5 стакана сахара и щепотку соли, хорошо перемешать миксером, в эту же миску влить смесь с дрожжами и мешать до полного растворения сахара.

Потихоньку всыпать муку и перемешивать до тех пор, пока тесто перестанет липнуть к рукам. Влить масло и хорошо перемешать.

Отправить тесто отдыхать в теплое место на 1 час.

Тесто поднялось - начать лепить халы, потом смазать яйцом и посыпать кунжутом.

Разогреть духовку до 180 градусов, готовить 25 минут.
