My experience, it's Hindus and Muslims- predominantly from India. People from other parts of the state and country really don't understand how fast and comprehensive the changes have been. In this area, it's not a situation of women walking around in burkas and the evidence of Sharia law coming into play does not feel overt. So it seems less extreme than say the Muslims in Dearborn Michigan. But the gradual takeover of some cities over the last 5-10 years has been astounding.

On a personal level, my interactions with many different families have been fine. My daughter has gone to birthday parties and her school has maintained a high academic focus. But culturally, it's a dramatic shift. Foods, shopping centers, upkeep of homes/properties, celebration of holidays, personal hygiene differences, issues with more traffic accidents, differences in how they do business - everything is about haggling for a deal. Differences in the idea of personal space, difficulties in communicating due to English not being as dominant... it's very different to become a minority in America to a foreign culture.

I agree with the general sentiment around the big picture of the agenda needing to be codified, but regarding Islam, it's clear he isn't living in an area where entire cities are being taken over by Muslims. His kid isn't having to change school districts due to suddenly being a clear minority with a dramatic shift in school culture. Entire high end master planned neighborhoods gradually taken over and now celebrating Muslim holidays, mosques popping up everywhere and shopping centers flipping to Indian and middle eastern interests...

I probably would have rolled my eyes too if I wasn't experiencing it first hand.

I have never been one to post about the jews incessantly. I don't protest on behalf of Palestinians and I don't think there should be destructive protests allowed on campuses.

But I also really don't understand the special treatment and hyped up vigilance around Israel and speech restrictions relating to any discussion about facts surrounding Israel or Jewish people.

It's not antisemitic to comment on someone's loyalty to Israel. It's not antisemitic to have problems with and criticize the ADL, Israel's handling of Palestine, the government of Israel, Israel's influence on American politics...

Why is everything so different regarding Israel specifically? Why are our rights violated regarding Israel? It's very concerning to me and should be for everyone. It's not right.

I've shared a lot about collapse being necessary to usher in the new world order. I just didn't think it would be Trump ushering it in. Is his new world order different or the same from what was feared before? 🤔

Of course we all want to say a resounding "DIFFERENT! Of course!" While I think his vision of a new order is different and appears more desirable than the globalist plan, I worry that eventually the end result will be similar. The end result I'm referring to pertains to digital currency goals. Trump has his EO against CBDC but still wants private sector digital currency - which could operate very similarly to CBDC or have the framework in place to easily transition.

Just some things rolling around in my thoughts while trying to make sense of the rapid pace of change.

I came across this video the other day and I have thought about it quite a bit since. It's long and meandering and really just a guy lamenting the changing times, but I was drawn to watching it because of the authenticity and realness of him just describing his challenges. No stylized video editing or flashing lights, just normal and real.

My thoughts regarding AI taking over arts and entertainment is that ultimately, humans crave human connection. We want to relate to each other whether through conversation, writing, theater, music, dance, visual arts... I don't think that will ever go away and I don't think AI can replicate it fully, even if initially it seems very similar.

I think all the new AI tools are like an exciting new toy, but ultimately, there will still be a place for true art and humans continuing to find ways to connect with each other through various art forms. The pendulum may even swing back the other way where most of us grow tired of the shiny new toy and start demanding more realness and authenticity with what we consume 🙏.

If I could give him advice it would probably be to showcase the old way of doing things. The time and talent it takes to do the things he is describing and compare it to the mindless effort of using AI for the same outcome.
