Regards the attached picture,

The pulse originates in the Gulf of Guinea, near the equator off the west coast of Africa. Scientists think it's linked to ocean waves interacting with the continental shelf, creating rhythmic vibrations that travel through the Earth. Others suggest it might be connected to the seafloor's shape, wave action, or even resonance patterns in Earth's crust. But science has yet to take into account that the planet we live on is sentient.

As Gaia shifts her physical grid systems, creating a new internal pulse, it can take a moment for the physical human heart to realign, because there needs to be symbiosis, or a frequency match, between the ascended planet we are inheriting and those anchoring light onto it. The Sun is a catalyst activated by our journey through a more photonic region of the Milky Way. It’s why I always say: don’t panic.

The human body is designed to adapt to these changes, given time, some small adjustments, and patience. What lightworkers and starseeds forget is that the octave of this entire galaxy is going up at this moment in time upon which Gaia herself is resonating to now. Earth is not the only place in creation where Ascension is occurring, and will occur. Akashically, many of you this feel this.

We’ve just completed a timeline review. Many of you may have noticed that old people from your past are suddenly reappearing in your awareness, along with other seemingly random occurrences. On top of that, we’re experiencing a continued surge of energy, with a mini climax arriving tomorrow.

This energy is intensifying subconscious flooding, particularly connected to paternal, maternal, and inner child wounds, processed through themes of material security, belonging, and safety (or the lack thereof) surfacing your deepest triggers in ways that might feel overwhelming.

Many will be experiencing intense emotions such as rage, anger, doom, anxiety, and more all tied to unresolved root issues manifesting physically through the feet, knees, legs, hips, bowels, lower back, blood, teeth, and the immune system.

Whilst There’s a strong desire to be close to friends and family, the paradox is that their opposing wounds are inadvertently triggering your own subconscious flooding. This can lead to the urge to “hermit” or to run, hide, and isolate.

This is a very intense period of subconscious projection within this energy. It will feel like all is well on the surface, but beneath that, the world soul is walking through the very reality it has created. Your body is recalibrating through deep fatigue, while the energies continue whispering, urging you to release the resistances that are keeping the inner cauldron boiling.

Usually, these intense restarts boil down to just a few core issues, rooted in duality and 3D/4D consciousness, that can no longer survive the new broadband frequency you are now mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically dialing into creating a landscape of big choices ahead as timelines collapse and energy builds toward another climax tomorrow.

The current energy coming in is incredibly strong and sustained. While there was a slight retreat in intensity yesterday, the frequency picked up again about two hours ago and not subtly. This latest wave is hitting at approximately double the energetic intensity.

The emotional and vibrational responses you received from life’s mirror were predictable, even when painful. But now, beloved Lightworker, the energies of this age are no longer static. They are alive, dynamic, and multidimensional. The old safety blanket is being pulled away, and in its absence, both awe and anxiety rise to the surface.

I hope this message finds you well.

Some time ago, through the Arcturians, I received the insight that earth would begin experiencing increasingly powerful waves of incoming light codes and energetic phenomena not easily measurable by conventional science. That which would begin to feel very profound but not measure high on science related charts.

As of just a few moments ago, one of these super waves has begun to reach us with activated light codes photonic and ionized.

You may already feel it: the heart starting to pound, the skin itching, eyes watering and unusual electrical sensations rippling through the body. You may also notice heightened acid reflux or other physical manifestations.

These waves will now become more frequent and sustained. Their purpose is clear: to illuminate areas of misalignment in our lives and were free will has abused source, whether in our relationships, environments, or habits. Surging Sunspots, and Planetary Alignments:
What’s Happening with the Sun Right Now?

As we step into April 2025, the sun is going into another level of unexpected energetic delivery. Two large and rapidly evolving sunspot groups, AR4046 and AR4048, are becoming very active on the Sun’s surface, creating a lot of energetic experiences here on Earth. These sunspots are producing flares and charged particles that are already having tangible effects on Earth’s atmosphere and magnetic field. The solar barrage began on March 28, when an X1.1-class solar flare erupted from Sunspot Group 4046. What made this flare particularly powerful was that it occurred directly beneath a plasma filament, leading to what some are calling a mega coronal mass ejection (CME) a massive release of solar plasma and magnetic energy into space.

Just days later, the shockwave from that CME struck Earth, triggering what’s known as a proton radiation storm. While it hasn’t yet caused a full blown geomagnetic storm, Earth is currently experiencing elevated levels of solar proton radiation, particularly in the polar regions. For those who are sensitive to energy, this will explain why so many light workers are still feeling the intensity. This extreme radiation is hitting Earth and reverberating throughout our solar system, influencing everything from the planet’s electromagnetic field to the biochemistry of the human body increasing levels of elation and physical exhaustion.
What is a proton radiation storm? These storms are caused by high energy solar particles primarily protons that are accelerated toward Earth. recent data says that the current radiation storm has increased proton flux (especially those >10 MeV) by more than 100 times normal levels, a rare and significant surge. 100 times is alot. The last recorded solar radiation storm of this intensity occurred in May 2024, when the Sun released several powerful flares and CMEs. Notably, on May 14, 2024, an X8.7 class flare becoming one of the strongest of that solar cycle was recorded.

These protons travel along Earth’s magnetic field lines, focusing their impact near the North and South Poles. There, they charge the ionosphere, altering atmospheric conductivity and influencing the global electric circuit, including your own. This can affect everything from radio communication to weather patterns, and even induce electric currents in Earth’s crust, known as geomagnetically induced currents or (GICs). Some of you may have noticed technology acting strangely, phones behaving oddly, internet speeds fluctuating wildly, and all sorts of tech related glitches.

On a science level, for those who aren’t into the “woo woo” stuff, Sunspot Group 4046, the source of the X-class flare, remains very active, while Group 4048 has been growing rapidly and showing signs of increasing instability. Both sunspot groups are producing M-class flares, which are moderate in intensity but still capable of impacting Earth’s upper atmosphere.
What’s especially noteworthy is that, as of now, these sunspots are not directly Earth facing. However, by April 4, both sunspot groups will be fully aligned with Earth, meaning any additional flares or CMEs will have a much greater chance of striking the planet directly. The impact, both scientifically and energetically, will feel like the cosmic volume knob has been cranked way up on top of everything else you’re already experiencing. So brace yourself for a possible crazy surge of energy incoming. It is very possible.
To add to the cosmic drama, a Saturn, Uranus sextile also occurs on April 4, the same day the sunspots will face Earth. You might think at this point that the universe has a sense of humour in all of this! This particular alignment is rare and significant, marking the closing phase of the 44 year Saturn-Uranus cycle that began in 1988 to 1989. Uranus represents disruption and change, and Saturn stands for structure and material reality. Together, they create what many astrologers see as a moment of deep transformation. Either way, it’s a big shake up, a cosmic nudge to leave behind the old and move into what’s next. Can you feel the shift, can you see it playing out in your lives and the live of those around you?

As of today, the energetic environment is relatively calm, with integration phases playing out on both physical and soul levels. But really, this is just the calm before the storm, we haven’t even hit the 4/4 portal yet.

For the sensitives out there who feel energy in the body, today is going to feel very intense. Approximately 12 hours ago, the phantom energetic particles began arriving. However, as of a few minutes ago, the main part of the wave hit Gaia.

Some will have woken up suddenly and been unable to get back to sleep. Others will not sleep at all. Some may experience tight chests and racing hearts, while others will feel euphoric elation. Those still in the equinox void, recalibrating, may suffer from bouts of depression and waves of sadness today. Some will experience fluctuations of both.

Science has not yet detected this energetic wave hitting Earth, but it’s a big one. Today (Friday), some people might feel as if they’ve been hit by an energetic train. It’s going to be one of those energetically wild but highly synchronostic weekends.

2025 March Equinox (Saturn and Neptune)

The March 2025 equinox (today, March 20th) is a gateway for transformation and carries a very special energy this year, linked to Saturn and Neptune, which I will discuss in a moment.

From a metaphysical perspective, equinoxes are cosmic alignment points where the balance of day and night symbolizes the harmonization of dualities (light and dark, conscious and subconscious). If you’re interested in this concept, Carl Jung writes about its psychological effects in an incredible way. However, the equinox is also a time when the gravitational field of the Earth lowers, potentially amplifying ascension symptoms even more! So, except for the unexpected, you may feel a mixture of wired and tired at the same time. A temporary increase in unusual and mysterious energetic shifts within the body and mind is likely to occur.

Equinoxes also represent moments of pause and voids. It can sometimes seem as though there is a temporary stillness in manifestations just before something new begins. This void may create a feeling of emptiness or an unfulfilled longing, but this space ultimately allows for vibrational shifts to realign. This phase is only temporary so be patient lightworkers. Every year, this moment ushers in Aries season, a time of bold initiative, new beginnings, and forward momentum. The symbolism is particularly potent for lightworkers. As the Sun exits Pisces (the last sign of the zodiac) and crosses into Aries (the first sign), it resets the zodiac wheel, beginning a new 12-sign cycle of cosmic energy.

Huge shift just took place.

In the past few minutes, a very powerful wave of light codes has surged onto Earth. A massive influx of energy.

You may experience intensified sinus issues, increased heart rate, skin sensitivities, difficulty breathing, or heightened vertigo. Your body is adjusting to these frequencies, which may temporarily create discomfort and wanting to sleep even more.
