Just harvested a bunch of Nasturtium flowers from my yard — vibrant, colorful, and 100% edible! 🌺🌿 These little beauties have a bold, peppery flavor (like mustard seed & arugula) and a fresh, mildly floral aroma that’s totally unique.

Native to South America, they’re super easy to grow, love sunny spots, and bring serious color to the garden. Both the leaves and flowers are edible, and they add a zesty kick to salads, garnishes, and appetizers.
