It's interesting how events coincided: on the eve of Easter, which this year fell on the same date for both Catholics and Orthodox, the
Mordor regime suspended the terrorist organization status for the
Taliban. Of course, this is all a coincidence, but the coincidence is so symbolic that it’s hard not to pay attention to it. There is a bitter poetic truth in this "coincidence": for the
Mordor authorities,
Russian national organizations and dissent within the country are much greater enemies than international terrorists.
While some expect that the "suspension" of the status will only be a temporary measure, don’t forget that in
Mordor, everything temporary is, in fact, the most permanent.
What’s also notable is that the
Taliban wasn’t just rehabilitated; large-scale trade shipments have also been established with
Mordor. Against the backdrop of lifting restrictions, trade turnover between
Mordor and
Taliban is already on track to reach $3 billion. From
Taliban, they import Coca-Cola, raisins, grenades, carpets, wool, cotton, and other goods. In return,
Mordor supplies oil, gas, and wheat.
