The Gorchakov Fund announces the start of the competitive selection to join the main scientific and educational program dedicated to the Balkan region.
The main topic of this year is the impact of key events of the 20th century on the Balkans and the relations between the USSR/Russia and regional countries.

✅ Young international relations specialists, political scientists, economists, journalists specializing in the Balkan region
✅ Diplomats and civil servants, activists of public organizations
✅ Students, graduate students, and faculty from relevant universities
How to participate?
1️⃣ Register on th
e English version of the Fund's website or log into an existing profile.
2️⃣ In the ‘My Projects’ section, click on the ‘Create Application’ button and select ‘The Balkan Dialogue 2025’.
3️⃣ Fill out all sections of the application form.
4️⃣ Attach a motivation letter, biography, and essay in Russian or English on one of the proposed topics.
5️⃣ Go to the ‘Submit Application’ section and click the button with the same name.
