📍HTS-appointed division commander Ahmed El-Hais a.k.a. Abu Hatim Shaqra is on U.S. sanctions list

Ahmed El-Hais, also known as Abu Hatim Shaqra, recently appointed by the so-called HTS Ministry of Defense as a division commander, is listed by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) for terror-related activities.
