According to a report received by the Hengaw Organization for Human Rights, on Saturday, May 3, 2025, Ebrahim Mardani, a 47-year-old man from Bukan, was arrested at his family home by intelligence forces of Iran government.

A source close to the Mardani family told Hengaw that, the arrest was due to the presence of guests wearing “Jamaneh” and “khaki” clothings at his son’s wedding ceremony.
