The bar chart illustrates the changes in the amount of money allocated to developing countries from five organizations over a period of 4 years between 2008 and 2011, with figures measured in billion dollars.

Overall, organization 2 gradually increased the amount of money it gave to developing countries throughout the period, while the reverse occurred for organization 5. It is also clear that the amount of money given by the other organizations showed a fluctuating trend. Notably, organizations 2 and 3 consistently gave more money to developing countries than the remaining organizations.

In 2008, organization 3 allocated approximately 1.3 billion dollars to developing nations, and this figure rose to 1.5 billion in the following year. After that, it experienced a surge to around 2.6 billion in 2011, surpassing organization 2 as the organization that donated the highest amount of money. As for organization 2, the amount of money given by this organization was 1.5 billion in 2008; after some fluctuations, this figure bounced back to its initial level in 2011.

Regarding organization 1, after a modest rise in 2010 from 0.7 billion in 2009, the amount of money given by this organization remained unchanged at around 0.8 billion till the end. Organization 5, on the other hand, stood out as the only organization that reduced its funding to developing nations from 1.3 billion in 2008 to 0.5 billion in 2011.

DAY 12/100 ✅

THE LINE GRAPH ILLUSTRATES HOW THE NUMBER OF VISITORS TO A CARIBBEAN ISLAND CHANGED OVER A PERIOD OF SEVEN YEARS FROM 2010 TO 2017, WITH FIGURES MEASURED IN MILLIONS.

OVERALL, THE ISLAND SAW A SIGNIFICANT INCREASE IN THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TOURISTS OVER THE PERIOD. IT IS WORTH MENTIONING THAT DESPITE SLIGHT FALLS, THE NUMBER OF TOURISTS STAYING ON BOTH CRUISE SHIPS AND ISLAND EXPERIENCED UPWARD TRENDS.

IN 2010, THE TOTAL NUMBER OF TOURISTS WHO PAID A VISIT TO THE CARIBBEAN ISLAND WAS 1 MILLION: OUT OF 10, 7 PREFERRED TO STAY ON ISLAND, WHILE THE REMAINING 3 CHOOSE TO STAY ON CRUISE SHIPS. THE TOTAL FIGURE ROSE BY 1,5 MILLION BY 2012. DURING THIS PERIOD, THE NUMBER OF VISITORS ON ISLAND REMAINED UNCHANGED AT THE INITIAL FIGURE BEFORE RISING TO ALMOST 1,5 MILLION. ALTHOUTH THERE WAS A SLIGHT INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF VISITORS TO CRUISE SHIPS IN 2011, THIS FIGURE BOUNCED BACK TO ITS ORIGINAL FIGURE.

BETWEEN 2012 AND 2017, THE TOTAL NUMBER OF PEOPLE VISITING THE CARIBBEAN ISLAND INCREASED GRADUALLY, REACHING A PEAK OF 3,5 MILLION VISITORS. THE FIGURE FOR VISITORS STAYING ON CRUISE SHIPS CONSISTLY ROSE, REACHING A HIGH OF 2 MILLION IN 2017, WHILE THE FIGURE FOR VISITORS STAYING ON THE ISLAND SLIGHTLY GREW IN 2013 AND THIS FIGURE THEN REMAINED RELATIVELY UNCHANGED FOR THE REST OF THE PERIOD.

Kechasi bilan uxlamay EVEREST da qolib dars qilib olingan natija bu.
Hamma sertificatni ko’radi lekin qancha qattiq mehnat ketganini ko’p kishi bilmaydi.

This is not his full potential, I hope he will continue his IELTS journey and get a higher score.

Some people think that sport has a significant impact on society, while others think that sport is nothing more than a leisure activity. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

People hold contrasting views regarding the role of sport in society. While some argue that sport is merely a form of entertainment or a leisure pursuit, others believe it plays a vital role in the well-being and development of individuals and communities. Personally, I align with the latter perspective, as sport contributes far beyond just recreation.

On the one hand, those who view sport as nothing more than a hobby often point out that the majority of people engage in it casually during their free time. Except for professional athletes, most individuals prioritize work, education, and family responsibilities over physical activity. For example, busy workers or students may go weeks without exercising, demonstrating that sport is not considered essential in their daily routines. Furthermore, many people participate at an amateur level, seeing it as a stress-reliever or a way to pass time rather than a serious endeavor. From this standpoint, sport appears to be a personal leisure choice with limited societal significance.

On the other hand, sport plays an essential role in promoting both physical health and social cohesion. Regular physical activity strengthens the cardiovascular system, improves mental well-being, and increases longevity. Numerous studies have shown that individuals who exercise regularly tend to live longer, healthier lives, with some reaching an advanced age in excellent condition. Additionally, sport can be a powerful motivator, especially for young people. It teaches discipline, builds confidence, and offers a constructive outlet for stress and frustration. In many communities, sport serves as a unifying force, bringing together individuals from diverse backgrounds and fostering a sense of belonging.

In conclusion, while sport may be viewed by some as just a recreational activity, I firmly believe it plays a far more impactful role in society by enhancing health, motivation, and social unity.

DAY 8/100✅

The diagram illustrates the process of generating electricity from water through a combination of natural and mechanical stages. Overall, it is a linear process that begins with the evaporation of seawater and ends with the delivery of electricity to various end-users. A total of seven key stages are involved, combining natural phenomena with man-made technology.

Initially, seawater is heated by the sun, leading to evaporation. The resulting water vapor is carried inland by the wind. Upon colliding with mountains, the vapor cools and condenses, eventually falling as rain. This marks the completion of the natural phase of the process.

In the next stage, the rainwater is collected in a reservoir behind a dam. A valve installed at the base of the dam regulates the flow of water towards a turbine. When the valve is opened, the stored water flows downward, spinning the turbine. The mechanical energy generated by the turbine is then converted into electricity. Part of the water is also directed to a pump, which recirculates it back into the reservoir, maintaining a closed-loop system.

Finally, the electricity produced is transmitted via high-voltage cables to a transformer station. From there, it is distributed to a range of end-users, including residential areas, industrial facilities, and institutions such as hospitals and schools.

Day 7/365 ✅

THE LINE GRAPH ILLUSTRATES THE PERCENTAGE OF TOURISTS WHO USED FIVE DIFFERENT TYPES OF TRANSPORT- CAR, RAIL, AIR, COACH, AND FERRY- TO TRAVEL ACROSS AN UNSPECIFIED COUNTRY OVER A 20-YEAR PERIOD FROM 1989 TO 2009.

OVERALL, CARS WERE THE MOST POPULAR MODE OF TRANSPORT FOR THE MOST PART OF THE PERIOD, ALTHOUGH THEIR USAGE DECLINED AFTER THE FIRST DECADE. IT IS ALSO CLEAR THAT THE PROPORTION OF TOURISTS TRAVELLING BY RAIL AND COACH INCREASED STEADILY, WHEREAS FERRY’S FIGURE SHOW LESS STEADY GROWTH. NOTABLY, AIR WAS THE ONLY MODE THAT SAW A DECLINE IN THEIR USAGE.

IN 1989, NEARLY HALF OF THE TOURISTS (AROUND 48%) USED CARS, AND THIS FIGURE ROSE TO A PEAK OF APPROXIMATELY 62% BY 1999. HOWEVER, CAR USAGE STARTED TO DECLINE, REACHING ABOUT 50% IN 2009. MEANWHILE, THE PERCENTAGE OF TOURISTS USING RAIL TRANSPORT ROSE STEADILY FROM ABOUT 35% IN 1989 TO 60% IN 2009, SURPASSING CAR AS THE MOST CHOSEN TRANSPORT TYPE.

AIR TRAVEL EXPERIENCED A CONTINOUS DECLINE, FALLING FROM ROUGHLY 38% IN 1989 TO 20% BY 2009. A SIMILAR BUT LESS DRAMATIC DROP OCCURRED IN FERRY USAGE, WHICH PEAKED AT 12 % IN 2004 BEFORE DECREASING SLIGHTLY TO ABOUT 10% IN THE FINAL YEAR.

TOURISTS USING COACHES SHOWED THE MOST CONSISTENT GROWTH, RISING FROM ALMOST 10% TO NEARLY 30% DURING THE WHOLE PERIOD.

The way children spend their free time has been changed by technology.

Do the advantages outweigh the disadvantages?

In today’s world, technology has significantly transformed how children spend their leisure time. While this change offers certain benefits, the drawbacks seem to outweigh the advantages.

One notable benefit of children using technology during their free time is that it provides access to a wide range of information. For instance, the internet allows them to learn new skills that are not usually taught at school, such as coding or content creation. These abilities are highly valued by employers, and children who acquire them at an early age may have a competitive advantage in the future job market.

Additionally, some educational apps and games are designed to improve problem-solving skills and cognitive development, offering learning opportunities in an engaging and interactive format. Since these kind of apps were not present in the past, today’s children have a better IQ. This can make learning enjoyable and even help children perform better academically.

Despite these benefits, I am convinced that the disadvantages of this trend are more serious. A major concern is the potential health issues associated with excessive screen time. Prolonged use of electronic devices such as smartphones, tablets, and computers can lead to vision problems, poor posture, and a sedentary lifestyle. These factors contribute to an increased risk of obesity and related health conditions such as diabetes and heart problems. For example, recent medical reports have linked rising childhood obesity rates to extended hours of screen use and lack of physical activity.

Another significant drawback is the addictive nature of technology. Children who spend excessive time on screens may begin to neglect important aspects of daily life, such as exercise, homework, and social interaction. Over time, this can result in poor academic performance and underdeveloped social skills. Many children now prefer virtual interactions or online games over playing outdoors or talking to peers in person, which can hinder their emotional and psychological development. If left unchecked, this reliance on technology could lead to long-term issues such as anxiety, attention disorders, and social withdrawal.

In conclusion, although technology offers children valuable opportunities to learn and develop new skills, the negative consequences for their physical health, emotional well-being, and social life are far more concerning. Therefore, I believe the disadvantages of this trend outweigh the advantages. It is essential for parents and educators to regulate screen time and encourage a healthy balance between technology use and other aspects of childhood development.
