💬 Behind the Scenes of EVAA Protocol: A Conversation with the Team
As part of the joint campaign between
EVAA Protocol and Telegram Apps Center. In a brief interview they shared insights into the creation of their Mini App and offered valuable recommendations for aspiring developers. 📝
TA: What were you doing before/besides developing Mini Apps for Telegram?
EVAA: Developing DeFi applications and building bots that generate revenue from DeFi.
TA: Why did you decide to launch Mini App?
EVAA: To simplify the user onboarding flow from Telegram to the application.
TA: What challenges did you face?
EVAA: Everything went smoothly, and no difficulties arose.
TA: Did the results meet your expectations and the invested resources?
EVAA: It didn’t require many resources but significantly improved onboarding.
TA: What recommendations can you share with founders and teams wondering whether they should launch Mini App?
EVAA: A Mini App is a convenient way to create a familiar smartphone application without requiring installation, with seamlessly integrated methods for attracting advertising traffic. It’s an absolute no-brainer for building games and financial applications for a mass audience.
EVAA: Also, from a technical perspective, there are a few key aspects worth considering:
- Use haptic feedback on interactive elements (buttons, scrolls, inputs).
- Adapt the app's theme to match Telegram’s theme.
- Utilize launch parameters passed by the Telegram bot (for example, to implement referrals within the app).
- Collect and track analytics. There are third-party services for TON Mini Apps to start with, but as the project grows, it’s better to develop your own analytics tracker.
