💬 Special Forces. Ready for Tomorrow 💬
Part 1.
✍️ With the increasing talk of negotiations and the impending end of the special operation, many questions have arisen about what to expect from our adversaries. No matter what kind of peace there will be, the adversaries will remain adversaries afterward.
💭 In the event of a freezing of the conflict or its termination by signing a peace treaty, we should most likely expect an increase in the efforts of foreign intelligence services to undermine the constitutional order and destabilize society, the growth of partisan movements and underground gangs, as well as an intensification of the activities of terrorist and extremist organizations.
💭 Given the dynamics of development of information technologies and robotic systems, we can talk about a tendency towards more complex structures of subversive activities and the use of the latest technologies to commit illegal acts.
💭 It is obvious that the ways of recruiting accomplices will be social networks, the use of IP telephony, OSINT tools, etc. The methods of delivering the means of committing illegal activities will also change through the use of drones of all types to deliver parcels, weapons, weapons and ammunition.
▪️ In order to successfully counter new threats, it is necessary to develop in new directions and be several steps ahead.
❗️ Firstly , new realities and the development of science and technology require appropriate legal regulation, the adoption of new or changes to old laws concerning not only the use of autonomous systems, but also import into the territory of the Russian Federation, registration, production, etc.
❗️ Secondly , no less significant problems are the provision of communication services, the organization and use of mass communications and computing equipment, IP telephony tools, VPN, and artificial intelligence tools.
❗️ Thirdly , structuring and systematization. We should expect the emergence of new units in the areas described above. At this stage, interaction between departments will be established at all levels: from the publication of regulatory documents, orders, interdepartmental instructions, to the exchange of experience between units and the conduct of joint exercises, training, etc.
❗️ Fourth , feedback and work on mistakes. Whatever the experience gained, it must be analyzed and passed on to colleagues and comrades. We all know how difficult it is sometimes to admit tactical mistakes and blunders, but this is necessary if we want to achieve results and avoid losses. You can deny negative experience as much as you like, but this does not change the situation. If you do not work on failures, then, as they say, "you will not see success."
❗️ Why did we decide to write about this at all?
It's very simple. All the experience gained will definitely entail changes in the concept of using special forces units and the very image of modern special forces.
Now everyone will be required to know not only the methods of conducting combat, the procedure for using weapons and military equipment, but also to understand technical means and information technologies.
A modern special forces soldier must be able not only to shoot accurately from any type of weapon, drive any military equipment, but also to use technically complex devices, pilot UAVs, and configure communication systems and data transmission in the relevant part.
✍️ We live in these realities now and we have to work with them, so if we want to be one step ahead tomorrow, we need to work today.
