Earlier today (Sunday), the IAF conducted an intelligence-based strike on the terrorist Hussein Ali Nasr, who served as deputy head of Hezbollah’s Unit 4400.

During the "Swords of Iron" war, and as part of operation "Northern Arrows", the IAF, guided by precise intelligence, conducted extensive strikes and targeted eliminations aimed at disrupting the 4400 unit’s ongoing activities and the weapons smuggling routes used the Hezbollah terrorist organization in Lebanon.

In recent years, Abu Hisirah served as the personal aide and right-hand man of the senior Hamas member, Izz al-Din Haddad, Hamas' Gaza Brigade commander. He was active in this role throughout the war and during the preparations for the October 7th massacre.

The Nukhba terrorist participated in the infiltration incident on July 28, 2014, during Operation "Protective Edge". In that infiltration incident, Nukhba terrorists infiltrated into Israel via a terror tunnel toward a guard post in the Nahal Oz area, injured an IDF soldier, and killed five additional IDF soldiers - Sergeant Daniel Kedmi, Sergeant Barkai Ishai Shor, Sergeant Erez Sagi, Sergeant Dor Deri, and Sergeant Nadav Raymond.

In southern Gaza, the troops dismantled a 20-meter-deep and several-hundred-meter-long, underground tunnel route in the 'Shabura' area in Rafah.
The tunnel route was used as a gathering place for Hamas terrorists and connected a number of tunnel routes in the area.

During another activity, the troops located a Hamas weapons cache hidden within a structure that previously served as a school.
Among the weapons located, were mortars, hand-grenades, explosives, and additional weaponry.

In northern Gaza, IDF troops identified an ambush of terrorists several hundred meters from them. In coordination with the IAF, the terrorists were eliminated.

In the area of Rafah and the Morag Corridor, IDF troops located a weapons cache and several tunnel shafts used by the terrorist organizations.

IDF: The IDF continues its military operation in the Gaza Strip, eliminating terrorists and dismantling terror infrastructure

Overnight (Sunday), the IDF struck a command and control center that served as a terror infrastructure for terrorists in the area of Daraj Tuffah. The compound contained a weapons storage facility where explosives devices were located that were used by Hamas terrorists to carry out terror attacks against IDF troops.

Over the 48 hours, the IAF struck over 90 terror targets belonging to terrorist organizations throughout the Gaza Strip. Among the targets struck, was the infrastructure from which projectiles were launched yesterday (Saturday). Additionally, the IAF struck weapons storage facilities, terrorist cells, and terrorist infrastructure.

IDF troops continue to operate in the area of Rafah and on the "Morag" Corridor. As part of the operation, the troops eliminated terrorists and struck Hamas terrorist infrastructure.

In the areas of Tel Al-Sultan and al-Shaboura, IDF troops located and dismantled weapons, terrorist infrastructure, and tunnel shafts.

In northern Gaza, IDF troops struck and dismantled terrorist infrastructure and tunnel shafts, and eliminated during an airstrike several terrorists who attempted to plant an explosive device in the ground.

IDF: Following the sirens that sounded at 15:58 in Reim, one projectile that was identified crossing into Israeli territory from Gaza was intercepted by the IAF. No injuries were reported.

A short while ago, the IDF and ISA struck a Hamas command and control center in the area of Deir al Balah.

At the time of the strike, numerous Hamas terrorists were operating from within the compound, from where they planned to carry out terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF troops. The targeted terrorists had planned to carry out additional terrorist attacks.

Prior to the strike, steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians including the use of precise munitions and aerial surveillance.

The IDF and ISA are continuing to strike terror targets throughout the Gaza Strip and will continue to operate in order to eliminate any threat posed to Israeli civilians and IDF troops.

The IDF has repeatedly stated that military activity within medical facilities in Gaza must cease.

IDF: Earlier today (Friday), a terrorist cell opened fire toward IDF troops operating in the southern Gaza Strip.
The troops responded with fire toward the cell and eliminated two terrorists. Shortly afterward, the IAF struck and eliminated an additional terrorist from the cell.

As a result of the fire that was conducted by the terrorist cell, an IDF officer was moderately injured.

The officer was evacuated to the hospital to receive medical treatment and his family has been notified.

IDF: A short while ago, a UAV that was on its way to Israeli territory from the east was intercepted by the IAF.
No sirens were sounded in accordance with protocol.

IDF: IDF Preparations for Passover:

The Chief of the General Staff, LTG Eyal Zamir, held a situational assessment ahead of Passover and emphasized the importance of maintaining readiness and vigilance to ensure that Israeli civilians can celebrate the holiday safely throughout the country.

As such, it was decided to raise the alert level and increase the presence of combat forces across the various sectors during Passover.

The IDF and ISA eliminated the commander of Hamas' Shejaiya Battalion

Yesterday (Wednesday), the IDF and ISA struck a command and control center, approximately a kilometer away from IDF troops operating in the area of Gaza City. Several Hamas terrorists operated from within the command center in order to plan and execute terrorist attacks against Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers.

The terrorist Haitham Razek Abd al-Karim Sheikh Khalil, commander of Hamas' Shejaiya battalion, who commanded the infiltration into Nahal Oz and took part in the attack during the murderous massacre of October 7th, was eliminated in the strike.
Throughout the war, he planned and executed terrorist attacks against IDF troops and operated to plant explosives and booby-trap combat zones.

In recent years, the terrorist held the position of a platoon commander in the battalion and was the head of Hamas’ tunnel operation. In his previous role, he was a Nukhba platoon commander and was involved in several terrorist attacks against IDF troops.

The terrorist assumed command of the Shejaiya battalion following the elimination of the previous commander Jamil Wadia, and his previous commander, Fahim Farhat.

Prior to the strike, numerous steps were taken to mitigate harm to civilians including the use of precise munitions, aerial surveillance, and additional intelligence.

The Hamas terrorist organization systematically violates international law while using civilian infrastructure, brutally exploiting the civilian population as a human shield for its terrorist activities.

The IDF and ISA will continue to operate against Hamas to protect the State of Israel.

Joint IDF, ISA, and Israel Police Announcement:

Yesterday (Tuesday), during counterterrorism operations conducted by Israeli security forces in Nablus, two terrorists, including a senior terrorist in the dismantled "Lion's Den" terrorist network, were apprehended, and additional weapons were confiscated.

Special forces of the Israel Police Lahav 433 "Gidonim" Unit, in collaboration with the IDF and ISA, apprehended the terrorist Muhammad Bana, a senior terrorist was previously a part of the "Lion's Den" terrorist network in the Nablus area.
The terrorist was armed with an M-16 rifle and a spray grenade.
The terrorist was involved in shooting and explosive attacks toward the security forces in Judea and Samaria and had previously planned additional attacks.
During his apprehension, he attempted to flee and was shot in his leg.

In addition, soldiers of the IDF’s Duvdevan unit, following the direction of the ISA, apprehended the terrorist Khalil Hanbali who was wanted by security forces due to his involvement in terrorist activity. The terrorist was involved in shooting attacks against IDF soldiers and served as a key weapon supplier. He had also attempted to plan additional attacks.
During his apprehension, weapons were found in his position.

The terrorists apprehended and weapons confiscated were transferred to the Israeli security forces for further processing.

Israeli security forces will continue to take both offensive and defensive measures to ensure the security of Israeli civilians in the area.

Earlier today (Tuesday), a report was received regarding Israeli civilians setting fire to a Palestinian event hall overnight in the area of Biddya.
