Actually a lot of Java varieties at the top of the list, no Geishas at all.
Interesting thing – I've tried at least 3-4 Geishas in The Roastery By Roj , they have their own farm which is placed near this origin (Thung Chang). Coffees from there took 1st, 2nd and 27th places 😎

December in 2024th was really intense and meant (still does) a lot for me. Thank you, Partner ;))

I was in Thailand for the first time and had many occasions to try locally grown, harvested and processed coffee beans.

It's really beautiful and full of facilities (and vice versa lol) place. I was lucky one that visited the capital, the islands, and a couple of cities with a population of 115-135 thousand people.
Surprisingly speciality coffee scene was pretty developed (good equipped coffee shopes and roasteries) in all the above places.

Unfortunately developed etc. doesn't always mean tasty coffee.

Since the championship in Poland starts in a week❗️, tomorrow I'm going to watch the our guys train, ask them questions about the training and how they're feeling before 2025 Polish Brewers Cup⚡️

So... Now the channel oficially comes back and switches language to english. Actually it's not just one change here.

I wanted to write about coffee more, but it seems like everybody already knows how and where to read about specialty coffee scene and researches and I'm not really into writing about things almost every soul knows about.

I'm travelling a lot, not only me but our big coffee (honestly I hate this word but will use it anyway) family.
That means we are exploring and learning together and I want to share our experience with YOU my dear reader.

Why english? Because I assume my chanel wil be read by part of our big not just Polish but #from_many_different_parts_of_the_world

and my role there changes to a coffee reporter. I'm incredibly happy to be part of the people who Brew, Roast, Learn, Teach and Compete!
