FC Bayern joins the German football community in mourning the loss of longtime coach of TSV 1860 München, Werner Lorant. Our condolences go out to his family and loved ones.

Lorant died at the age of 76 after a serious illness. The former Bundesliga professional played for Eintracht Frankfurt and Rot-Weiß Essen, among others. He coached TSV 1860 München from 1992 to 2001. The derbies from this period at the Olympiastadion are unforgettable.
