How is social media brainrotting us?
Social media has become a part of everyday life? 🤳

I myself was a timeless scroller of reels and shorts. Endless scrolling for hours can give cheap dopamine hits and do not let us focus on long term goals. It lowers the productivity of an individual and the brain just rots functionally. The only way to reverse it is to stop scrolling and start developing skills anything you might be interested in. Plan your long term goals and work for it

Why is living alone important for character development? 👩‍⚕️

Solitude provides space for understanding one’s emotions and explore personal beliefs and passion
Facing challenges builds confidence and improve decision making skills
Makes oneself responsible for their choices and improve life skills like managing finances, cooking, cleaning while maintaining the social skills .
New experiences will be the highlight be it good or bad

For what reason, are you lucky to have me as your instructor? 🧑‍🏫

I myself being a lazy person, find out easy & simple ways to learn things. So every complicated topic will be broken down by me before it reaches you.
You won’t be devoid of fun in the classroom
