DESCRIBE AN ARTICLE ON HEALTH YOU READ IN A MAGAZINE OR ON THE INTERNET 📖

Well, I love reading articles, and quite often we see articles related to health released either by independent writers or by respected publications that focus on science. I usually read such articles around three times a week.

I do read articles related to health, and the last one that I clearly remember was about coffee and the importance of its consumption.

Actually, I love coffee. It might be the biggest addiction of my life — something I’ve grown up with and continued to enjoy. I usually heard negative comments about coffee — how it’s not good for digestion, how it’s not good in general for our health. But this last article was a relief for me personally because it actually focused on the benefits of consuming coffee — especially how in moderation, it could be one of the greatest drinks to include in anyone’s routine.

I read it in either New Scientist or National Geographic — it was one of those two. I can’t clearly remember the source, to be fair. I was too focused on the article itself. In fact, I even forgot who the publisher was. I read it just out of interest because I like coffee, and I felt incredible after that.

Actually, I think I read it in the morning, and as soon as I finished reading, I had coffee — and it was the most carefree coffee I’ve had in my life, just after reading about how beneficial it can be for our health.

There we go. This is the article that I read recently and really enjoyed. I hope I’m going to read more of these in the future.
