Koroche, CDI was, is, and will be a better choice anyway.

The only reason why PBI still exists is the digital divide. Some people don’t have a computer in their household and may feel discriminated if they have to take CDI.

However, that is all a matter of time. With proper solutions, PBI will be gone, hopefully in a year or two.
